I currently use the webcam software with my Hero 8, 9, 10 and 11 with no issues. I'm running windows 11 and using OBS. I would suggest you try the following. Factory reset your GoPro 11. Set the camera back up again. Plug the camera into your PC. Power on your camera. Start the GoPro Webcam app . See if that works
